If you would like to make a donation through a payroll deduction, you can request that a donation be made on behalf of Live Healthy Appalachia through United Appeal for Athens County. OhioHealth employees also have the opportunity to select Live Healthy Appalachia as the recipient of their charitable payroll deductions.
